Bilingual Learning Evaluations (Spanish)

The Lindenwold Board of Education is seeking a qualified vendor to conduct bilingual (Spanish) educational evaluations for students identified as English language learners. The contractor must assess academic achievement, determine the impact of language proficiency, and produce comprehensive reports within 90 days of parental consent, while participating in CST, eligibility, and IEP meetings. All services must be delivered under a flat‑fee per‑evaluation model and comply with New Jersey certification, insurance, background‑check, and anti‑discrimination requirements. • Conduct full bilingual special‑education evaluations (reading, math, written/oral language, etc.) for Spanish‑speaking students. • Provide written reports and present findings at Child Study Team, eligibility, and IEP meetings, including interpretation services. • Maintain all required certifications (NJ Learning Disabilities Teacher‑Consultant), insurance, background checks, and submit extensive compliance forms before work begins.
