Description
The Cumberland County is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) for the modernization and renovation of the Crown Theatre and Arena. The project involves renovating the existing 2,440-seat venue to meet ADA compliance and provide a source of pride and community for the County. The CMaR will be responsible for providing pre-construction services, bidding services, construction services, and project closeout/warranty. The project has a budget of $82,500,000, with a construction budget of $65,000,000. The CMaR will need to work closely with the County, Owner's Representative, Facility Operator, and Design Team to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
