B1000 Carpet Replacement

The United States Air Force is seeking information from companies that can provide carpet replacement services for the B1000 Lower Level 1 corridors and office spaces. The project includes purchasing new carpet, removing existing carpet, and installing the new carpet. The contractor will be required to furnish all labor, equipment, materials, services, and incidentals. The project must be completed in a neat, substantial, and competent manner, and the contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The project requires the purchase of approximately 1,450 sq yards of new carpet for the corridors and 300 sq yards of new carpet for the office spaces. • The contractor must remove existing carpet and replace it with new carpet, salvaging as much reusable carpet as possible. • The contractor must comply with Air Force security regulations and handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) in accordance with Governmental guidance. • The contractor must provide a construction schedule and coordinate all activities with the J431 Project Manager to minimize mission impacts and delays.
