Description
Calvert County Government is seeking qualified Maryland‑registered engineering firms or individual engineers to provide on‑call civil, water, wastewater and solid waste engineering services for a variety of county projects. The contract may be awarded as a single or multiple awards and will cover design, analysis, bid assistance, construction‑phase support, and related consulting services on an as‑needed basis. Proposals must include a technical qualifications package and a price proposal with hourly rates for various professional disciplines (e.g., senior project manager, water/wastewater engineer, civil engineer, mechanical, electrical, environmental, surveying, CAD, cost estimating, clerical, and associated expense items). The solicitation requires compliance with Maryland state procurement rules, submission of numerous certification forms, and adherence to a 160‑day bid‑binding period. The award will be made to the most responsible and responsive bidder(s) based on capability, experience, price, and past performance.
