The State of Alabama, via Chewacla State Park, is seeking a contractor to replace an existing 16‑ft aluminum diving board on a lake platform. The work requires removal of the old board, delivery and installation of a new white‑finished 16‑ft aluminum board, and full site cleanup. The contractor must transport equipment across the water using non‑fuel (electric or battery‑powered) watercraft, as no launch ramp exists. The project must be completed by June 30 2026, and all costs (labor, materials, equipment, and cleanup) must be bundled in a single price. • Remove existing 16‑ft aluminum board and leave it on‑site. • Supply and install new 16‑ft aluminum board kit with safe traversal over water. • Provide own non‑fuel watercraft or use park‑provided electric/pedal boats to move materials to the platform. • Complete cleanup of debris; finish work by the end of June 2026.
