The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business to provide full‑life‑cycle service and maintenance for the Motorola Land Mobile Radio (LMR) system at the Canandaigua VA Medical Center. The contractor will operate a help‑desk, deliver remote telephone support, dispatch on‑site technicians, perform annual preventive maintenance, execute depot‑level hardware repairs, apply security patches, roll out software updates, manage hardware upgrades, and supply the technical data needed for NTIA radio‑frequency authorizations. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, base‑year plus four one‑year option structure, with quarterly invoicing and strict compliance requirements (DEI, security, insurance, subcontracting limits).
• Provide service‑desk incident tracking and lifecycle management for all LMR‑related requests.
• Deliver remote and on‑site technical support, preventive maintenance, and depot‑level hardware repair for Motorola equipment.
