Licensing with Rights to Edit, Adapt, or Approve Changes

The Region 18 Education Service Center is seeking proposals for the use of an existing play script that supports the teaching of civics in alignment with Senate Bill 3, 87th Texas Legislature, 2nd Called Session (2021). The proposal must clearly state the terms under which Region 18 ESC may perform, reproduce, edit, shorten, adapt, or otherwise modify the script. The vendor must be the copyright owner or an authorized licensing representative of the play script offered. The proposal must identify all rights included, including performance rights and any permission(s) for script changes, cuts, adaptations, or other modifications.
