The U.S. Department of State seeks a qualified contractor to provide preventive‑maintenance (PM) services for the Johnson Controls Metasys Building Automation System (BAS) across several embassy facilities in Libreville, Gabon. The work includes semi‑annual onsite inspections, network checks, trend and alarm configuration, backup creation, spare‑part inventory reviews, and limited remote support.
