Description
The Board of Water and Light (BWL) is seeking proposals for the furnishing of propylene glycol to their DEP-2 plant. The proposal must be in full accordance with the enclosed Scope of Work. The BWL reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and accept any proposal in whole or in part, which is in its best interest. The key aspects of the proposal include:
• Providing 8 totes of 100% propylene glycol in Phase One
• Providing 14,620 gallons of 100% propylene glycol in Phase Two
• Including delivery costs, if any
• Submitting a sworn and notarized affidavit of compliance
• Providing exceptions to terms and conditions, if applicable
• Including a proposal and other required attachments
