Description
The US Air Force is seeking a service provider to deliver, install, service, and remove portable toilet and handwashing stations for the 2026 Wings Over Solano Airshow at Travis AFB, California. The service provider will be required to provide all personnel, labor, materials, equipment, management, supervision, coordination, lodging, and transportation to and from the location. The scope of work includes providing standard units, ADA units, units with changing tables, deluxe 4-stall trailers, and sinks. The service provider will also be responsible for servicing and sanitizing the portable units and station sinks, and for removing the units from the airfield area after the airshow.

• The service provider must provide all personnel, labor, materials, equipment, management, supervision, coordination, lodging, and transportation to and from the location.
• The service provider must comply with all federal, state, and local laws pertaining to safety and fire codes.
• The service provider must ensure that truck staging locations are kept clean at all times, and that areas where portable toilets were located are clean after the units are removed.
• The service provider must provide all equipment and supplies required to complete the work, except for items specifically identified as being government-furnished.
• The service provider must provide adequate insurance to cover replacement costs of any equipment used in support of the Airshow.
