Description
The City of Hagerstown is seeking bids for a two-year contract to provide storm drainage CCTV inspection and cleaning services. The contract includes maintenance of traffic and all labor, material, time, and appurtenances required to complete the work in accordance with the contract documents prepared by the City of Hagerstown. The scope of work entails the cleaning and CCTV inspection of portions of the City's storm drainage system.
• The contract has an estimated start date of around August 15, 2026.
• The City of Hagerstown reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids submitted, either in whole or in part, for any reason within its absolute discretion.
• The successful bidder will be required to provide a 100% Performance Bond and Labor & Materials Payment Bond upon award of the contract.
• The contract has a liquidated damages clause, which assesses $300.00 per day for failure to complete the work within the specified time.
