The City of Waterbury is establishing an on‑call roster of qualified electrical contractors capable of providing rapid response high‑ and medium‑voltage electric repair services. Contractors must be able to dispatch technical personnel within four hours of a service request, 24/7/365, to troubleshoot, test, and repair 15 kV switchgear and associated 480 V equipment, and to perform any follow‑up permanent repairs or component installations.
