Phase 1 - Waterleaf wastewater and reclaimed water improvements

The project involves the rehabilitation of the Waterleaf Wastewater Treatment Plant in Kyle, Texas. The work consists of improvements to wastewater and reclaimed water pipelines, including the installation of new pipes, junction boxes, and manholes. The project also includes the removal of existing obstructions, trees, and other debris from the right-of-way. • The project requires the preparation of the right-of-way for construction operations, including the removal of all obstructions and the protection of existing utilities. • The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor necessary to complete the work. • The project includes the installation of approximately 1,855 LF of 30” wastewater line and 1,891 LF of 12” reclaimed water line. • The contractor will be required to perform all necessary testing and inspections to ensure that the work meets the specifications and requirements of the project.
