Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source contract to the University of Washington for MRI scanning and image analysis services. The contract will support the development of AI-assisted intra- and extra-cranial artery vessel wall imaging and analysis techniques for characterization of high-risk cerebral vascular atherosclerosis. The University of Washington will provide MRI protocol development, 3T MRI scans, and analysis of MRI scans. The contract will be for a period of four years, with a minimum award guarantee of $50,000.00.
* The contractor will provide MRI protocol development and technical support for MRI scans
* The contractor will conduct image analysis services using specialized software tools
* The contractor will provide recruitment services for patients
* The contractor will obtain all necessary licenses and permits required to perform the work
* The contractor will take all reasonable precautions to protect persons and property from injury or damage during the performance of the contract
