Description
This opportunity is for a service contract to provide park cleaning services in parks and facilities located in the Pine Bluff Site Office Area. The services shall include inspection, policing of grounds, and cleaning of facilities. The contractor shall furnish all necessary management, supervision, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, transportation, and vehicles to perform the services. The contract period is from March 1, 2024, to February 28, 2025.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing park cleaning services, including inspection, policing of grounds, and cleaning of facilities
• Furnishing all necessary management, supervision, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, transportation, and vehicles
• Performing work in accordance with the contract specifications, maps, drawings, attachments, appendices, exhibits, applicable laws, regulations, codes, and directives
• Maintaining an accurate record of all accidents and reporting them to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) within 24 hours
• Conducting weekly safety meetings with all personnel to discuss potential safety hazards
• Providing a Quality Control Representative and alternate to ensure that all services are performed in accordance with the contract specifications
