Description
The State of New Mexico Department of Transportation is seeking to extend a sole source contract for credit card processing services with LexisNexis VitalCheck Network Inc. The purpose of this extension is to ensure uninterrupted revenue collection during the transition from the current vendor to a new provider. The contract term is expected to be from December 20, 2025, to January 31, 2026. The scope of work includes ongoing support for credit card processing services. The contractor will be paid a flat fee of $2.95 per transaction.
