On Call Loop Repair

The City of Raleigh is seeking proposals for on-call embedded roadway traffic signal loop repair or replacement services. The contractor will be responsible for repairing or replacing damaged loops, installing lead-in wires, and providing all necessary materials. The contract will begin upon notice to proceed and will end after an initial term of 3 years, with 2 one-year renewable options. The City is looking for a firm with experience in similar projects and a strong understanding of the scope of work. • The contractor must provide a comprehensive narrative, outline, and/or graph demonstrating their approach to accomplishing the tasks outlined in the scope of work. • The contractor must provide a list of all similar contracts performed in the past 2 years, accompanied by at least 2 references. • The contractor must provide financial information, including audited or reviewed financial statements, and explain any negative financial information. • The contractor must provide a project-specific firm chart, including the proposed staffing, deployment, and firm of personnel to be assigned to the project. • The contractor must provide a cost proposal, including a breakdown of all costs, and must be willing to negotiate the contract terms.
