Description
The Allegany County Department of Social Services (ACDSS) is seeking bids for daytime janitorial and maintenance services to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for staff and members of the public visiting the ACDSS facility. The contract will be for a period of one year, beginning July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027. The successful bidder will be required to provide services at an hourly rate, as described in the attached Scope of Work. Key responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for staff and visitors
• Providing janitorial services, including cleaning and sanitizing surfaces
• Performing maintenance tasks, such as repairing and replacing equipment
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
The bid must be submitted using the attached Bid Form and must be expressed as an hourly rate for the services described in the Scope of Work.
