Liquid Argon delivery services

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) is seeking a contractor to provide liquid argon delivery services. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with a maximum ceiling price of $349,999. The contractor will be required to provide ultra high purity liquid argon, with a purity of 99.999%. The contractor will also be responsible for delivering the liquid argon to the NSWCCD facility in West Bethesda, MD. • The contractor must provide a micro bulk tank with a 3000L tank and a 5K vaporizer and line regulator. • The contractor must provide yearly lease services for the micro bulk tank. • The contractor must provide delivery and setup services for the micro bulk tank. • The contractor must provide HAZMAT charges for the liquid argon. The NSWCCD intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The evaluation factors for this solicitation will be price and technical capability. The Government intends to evaluate all timely quotes received from eligible quoters on a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) basis.
