Floor Mat Rental

The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) is seeking a contractor to provide floor mat rental services at the Rome Research Site in Rome, NY. The contractor will be responsible for providing laundered and treated floor mats on a rental basis, with the mats being replaced weekly during the winter and summer schedules. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local environmental codes and regulations, and must also comply with the laboratory's security and safety requirements. The contract will be for a base year with four option years, and the contractor must provide pricing on a firm fixed price basis. • The contractor must provide floor mats that meet the specified requirements, including being made of 100% cellulosic fibers, having a carpet weight of 32 oz/square yard, and being treated with a dust control compound and flame retardant compound. • The contractor must provide a written safety program and comply with all applicable safety and health requirements. • The contractor must provide a list of all supplies that will be used during the contract period, including the product name, manufacturer, item use, disposal procedures, and storage provisions. • The contractor must comply with all site traffic regulations and must not possess weapons, firearms, or ammunition on the AFRL/Rome Research Site.
