EMS Third-party Billing

Chautauqua County is seeking a third-party billing vendor to provide services for its Emergency Medical Services (EMS) division. The vendor will be responsible for maximizing efficiency and revenue for the county's FlyCar program and ambulance transports. The selected vendor will need to transfer all current data into their system and have it up and running within five business days. The vendor will also be responsible for debt collection and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA. Some key requirements for the vendor include providing high-quality customer service, using state-of-the-art hardware and software, and establishing internal controls to ensure maximum revenue reimbursement.
