Description
The Army Records Management Directorate seeks a commercial, cloud‑based Software‑as‑a‑Service platform to modernize FOIA and Privacy Act case management across the Army. The solution must be hosted inside the Army’s Microsoft 365 tenant, support secure operations in DoD Impact Level 5 (NIPR) and Impact Level 6 (SIPR) environments, provide end‑to‑end workflow, native search, AI‑enabled redaction, and robust reporting, and be delivered with rapid onboarding, training, and 24/7 emergency support.
• Secure, FedRAMP‑High/DoD IL5/IL6‑compliant SaaS that integrates via Microsoft Graph/Search APIs.
• Full FOIA lifecycle automation: intake, tasking, search, review, redaction, release, disposition, and DOJ reporting.
• Mandatory government data ownership, unlimited rights, and zero‑cost data extraction.
• Required support: 5‑business‑day onboarding, train‑the‑trainer, routine support (0800‑1600 ET M‑F) plus 24/7/365 emergency response within 1 hour.
• Optional enhancements: native generative AI for triage/redaction, low‑code workflow customization, public‑facing portals.
