Description
Rowan University is seeking a qualified mechanical‑service provider to deliver on‑call repair, maintenance, and replacement services for heating, ventilation, air‑conditioning, pumps, motors, ductwork, and related equipment across all of its campuses in New Jersey. The contractor will be placed on a vendor pool and called upon as issues arise; no guaranteed volume of work is provided at award. The contract runs for one year with the possibility of two additional one‑year renewals subject to budget approval. Proposers must submit hourly rate schedules, a cost‑plus markup for materials, and all required procurement documentation through the university’s electronic portal.
