Description
The State of Alabama seeks a vendor to provide monthly pest control services for the ALDOT District 84 Office and associated facilities. The scope includes extermination of ants, roaches, crickets, earwigs, silverfish, spiders, and mice at multiple locations, with exclusions for flying pests, stinging insects, urban wildlife, termites, biting spiders, fleas, and snakes. Services are to be performed monthly, billed on a single invoice, and may be performed without a mandatory site visit, though a pre‑bid site inspection is encouraged. The contract runs for one year, with a total ceiling of $25,000.
• Locations: District Office, Gas house, Shop, Permit Trailer, Project Office 1 & 2.
• Pests covered: ants, roaches, crickets, earwigs, silverfish, spiders, mice (excludes flying pests, termites, etc.).
• Billing: Monthly consolidated invoice covering all sites.
• Contract term: 10/1/2026 – 09/30/2027 (12 months) with a $25,000 ceiling.
