Description
The State of New Jersey is seeking a contractor to provide water damage restoration services statewide. The contractor will be responsible for providing remediation services, environmental rehabilitation services, hazardous waste and mold remediation, fire and water damage restoration services, and other related services. The contract will be for a period of three years, from August 14, 2026, to August 13, 2029.
• The contractor must submit its pricing using the State-Supplied Price Sheet accompanying the bid solicitation.
• The contractor must comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the bid solicitation, including the Combined State of New Jersey Standard Terms and Conditions.
• The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, materials, and labor to perform the required services.
• The contractor must have experience in providing similar services to government agencies or large organizations.
• The contractor must have the necessary licenses and certifications to perform the required services in the state of New Jersey.
