Description
This IFB seeks a qualified vendor to provide clean, good‑condition uniform coveralls and associated shop‑supply rental items (e.g., red rags, floor mats) on a weekly basis to four CAL FIRE station shops throughout California. The contractor must handle inventory, laundry, delivery, collection, and replacement of items that fall outside their useful life, and must comply with a range of state‑mandated insurance, licensing, and sustainability requirements. No additional equipment is required, but the vendor must be prepared to manage logistics across multiple sites and submit regular invoicing and reporting.
• Provide weekly delivery of navy‑blue coveralls and shop‑supply items to four designated CAL FIRE locations.
• Ensure all coveralls are free of rips/tears; replace any beyond useful life at contractor expense.
• Manage laundry, inventory tracking, and quarterly reporting; comply with recycling, motor‑carrier permit, insurance, and Small‑Business/DVBE preferences.
• Submit a complete bid package by Aug 13 2026, including rate sheets, certifications, and required attachments.
