Budget estimate

$2,000,000 – $5,000,000

No contract value is disclosed. Based on typical scope—rehabilitation of large concrete digesters, installation of new flow‑equalization structures, valve and pipe upgrades, and associated civil work at a regional water reclamation plant—a bid price in the range of $2 million to $5 million is reasonable. The lower bound reflects a modest upgrade package; the upper bound accounts for extensive structural work, high‑spec mechanical equipment, and contingency for unforeseen site conditions.
