Description
The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education is seeking a contract with DiplomaSender as the designated high school equivalency credentialing service utilizing TotalTranscript. This service will expand workforce development opportunities in Missouri. DiplomaSender is the sole source provider of TotalTranscript and its proprietary Grade Point Index (GPI) algorithm. The contract period will be from the effective date through June 19, 2027, with three one-year renewal options.
