Intent to Participate - Athletic Surfaces

The State of Montana is considering a request to participate in a contract for Athletic Surfaces with Installation, and Related Equipment, Materials, and Services. The contract is being managed by Sourcewell, a cooperative purchasing office of the State of Minnesota. The State of Montana may participate in the contract that resulted from a formal solicitation. Vendors should submit responses or any correspondence to the State of Montana, State Procurement Bureau, via eMACS. The solicitation and contract information are available in the Buyer Attachments section of this solicitation. • The contract is for Athletic Surfaces with Installation, Related Equipment, Materials, and Services. • The contract is expected to be for a term of four years, with an optional one-year extension. • The estimated annual value of all transactions from contracts resulting from this RFP is anticipated to be USD $10 Million. • Proposers should submit their complete line of equipment, products, or services that are applicable to the scope of this RFP. • Proposers should include all relevant information in their proposal, since Sourcewell cannot consider information that is not included in the proposal.
