Description
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Enterprise Procurement Offices are conducting market research for the lease of two Xerox AltaLink color multifunction printers (or equivalent) to be installed at two EPO locations (Fredericksburg, VA and Frederick, MD). The contract will be a base‑year lease of 12 months with two optional 12‑month extensions, for a total possible performance period of three years. Installation must be completed no later than 1 Nov 2026. This RFI seeks vendor capability statements, technical specifications, and pricing information; it is not a binding solicitation. Vendors must respond by 12:00 PM EST on 8 Sept 2026.
• Lease of two high‑capacity color MFDs (Xerox AltaLink C8255/H2 or equivalent)
• Base year 12 months + two optional 12‑month extensions (up to 3 years)
• Installation deadline 1 Nov 2026 at two VA sites
• Required features: 55 ppm, 1200 × 2400 dpi, multiple paper trays, stapler, hole‑punch, scanning/email, Wi‑Fi, LAN, USB, heavy‑duty media handling
• Submission limited to 5 pages (cover sheet and index excluded)
