Uniforms and Uniform Services

The Central Texas Council of Governments is seeking qualified vendors to provide uniforms and uniform services to various government entities, including cities, counties, school districts, and other public agencies. The contract will be for an initial term of 5 years, with optional extensions for up to 3 additional years. Vendors will be evaluated based on factors such as price, quality, and experience. The scope of work includes providing uniforms, apparel, and related services, including custom uniform programs, direct purchase options, rental programs, and laundering services. • Uniform categories: public safety, industrial, administrative, education, medical, and outerwear • Services: uniform rental, laundering, alterations, and embroidery • Program management and technology integration: web-based ordering, online reporting, and secure databases • Quality and performance requirements: industry standards, ANSI, OSHA, and NFPA compliance • Customer service and support: responsive customer service, dedicated account support, and timely fulfillment
