The budget for this opportunity can be estimated based on the scope of work and the type of project. The Beck's Hotel Redevelopment project involves the redevelopment of a historic hotel into a mixed-use facility, which may require significant insulation and soundproofing services. The budget can be influenced by factors such as the size of the building, the type of materials used, and the complexity of the work. A rough estimate for the budget could be between $100,000 and $500,000, considering the scope of work and the average costs of insulation and soundproofing services for similar projects.
