LECO RC612 Moisture Analyzer

The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) intends to award a sole-source, firm fixed price contract to LECO CORPORATION for preventative maintenance and calibration of the LECO RC612 Moisture Analyzer. The analyzer is used to determine the moisture content in weld flux, and excessive moisture can cause hydrogen embrittlement in welds. The contract will require the contractor to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to perform the maintenance and calibration. The period of performance is estimated to be from March 14, 2026, to March 13, 2027. • The contractor must provide preventative maintenance and calibration services for the LECO RC612 Moisture Analyzer. • The contractor must provide all necessary parts, tools, and equipment to perform the maintenance and calibration. • The contractor must perform the services in accordance with OEM requirements and standards. • The contractor must provide a preventative maintenance and calibration service report. • The contractor must ensure that all work is performed in a safe and secure manner, and that all government property and equipment are protected.
