PS Police Drone Support Van

The City of Pittsburgh is soliciting bids for the purchase and delivery of one new Drone Support Van for use by the Bureau of Police. The vehicle must be a 2026 model year Ford Transit T-350 Cargo Van AWD, extended length high roof configuration, or an approved equal that meets all specified requirements. • The van must be manufactured in North America in accordance with the Commonwealth Procurement Code. • The selected vendor must provide monthly written updates on production status, issues, and estimated delivery timelines. • The purchase order will be F.O.B. Destination, and the vendor must include shipping and delivery costs in their submitted response pricing. • The City of Pittsburgh will not accept "lump sum" invoicing, and all invoices must contain specific information, including the City of Pittsburgh Purchase Order Number and pricing breakdown.
