The Government Publishing Office (acting for the NSA) seeks a qualified commercial printer to produce 5,000 two‑part carbonless form sets (Level III quality) for the “ABANDONED VEHICLE REMOVAL DD2505” project, including 80 “Blue‑Label” departmental random copies with a government‑furnished certificate. Production must use either fully offset or fully digital processes, meet strict screen‑angle and registration requirements, and be packaged and delivered inside the Maryland Procurement Office by the specified deadline. The contractor will receive all media and artwork after award and must provide a same‑day distribution notice upon shipment.
• 5,000 two‑part carbonless form sets (8 × 5 in, yellow & white bond paper) – Level III quality, fully offset or digital only.
• Required delivery to Hanover, MD by 05/29/2026, with pickup of furnished media on 04/29/2026.
