Description
The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is seeking a contractor to provide Juniper support renewal for NwMD/LAN. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew. The contractor will be required to provide next-day hardware support, core software/hardware support services, and technical support services. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for Juniper and provide a screenshot of the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) with their bid.
• The contractor must provide pricing for the renewal of Juniper hardware support contracts.
• The contractor must provide a detailed description of the warranty requirements and deliverables.
• The contractor must provide a list of the assets covered under the contract.
• The contractor must provide a copy of the manufacturer's quote for the hardware support contracts.
• The contractor must provide a completed "No Bid" form if they elect not to bid.
