Description
The Lakeside Municipal Utility District No. 5 is soliciting proposals for the construction of the Grove at Blackhawk Splash Pad Project. The project consists of a 4,000 square foot splash pad, 7,600 square foot playground area, 2,580 square foot building, and 40-space parking lot, along with related irrigation and site work. The project must be completed within 12 months of the contract award. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, services, equipment, and appliances necessary for the project.
• The contractor must have at least 5 years of experience in Central Texas and have constructed at least two splash pads in the last 10 years.
• The contractor must have a minimum of $7,500,000 in gross revenue in calendar year 2024 and be able to be bonded.
• The contractor must provide a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the bid price.
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance, including workers' compensation, commercial general liability, and automobile liability insurance.
• The contractor must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on April 27, 2026.
