Description
The Los Angeles Housing Department (LAHD) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide real estate brokerage services for city-controlled properties. The scope of work includes negotiations for the purchase and sale of government-owned properties, preparation of real property appraisals, title reports, market research, and feasibility analysis. The contractor will be responsible for representing LAHD in negotiations, presenting written offers, and facilitating the execution of purchase and sale transaction agreements.
• The contract term is two years with an option to renew for an additional one-year term.
• The compensation for the complete and satisfactory performance of all services shall not exceed $100,000.
• The contractor will be evaluated based on their company profile, experience, service approach, and work plan.
• The City reserves the right to require a pre-award interview and/or telephone conference call with bidders.
