Description
The State of Delaware’s Office of Management and Budget is seeking sealed bids to replace the roof on the former Kent County Family Court building in Dover. The work consists of removing the existing metal roof, installing a new synthetic‑slate roofing system together with a standing‑seam metal roof, adding snow guards, and installing aluminum gutters and downspouts. The project is fully funded by the state and will be performed under an AIA A101‑2017 stipulated‑sum contract. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre‑bid meeting, submit a 10 % bid bond, and be prepared to post performance and payment bonds equal to 100 % of the contract price after award.
