Description
The Town of Lee is seeking a qualified company to provide revaluation services for its ongoing Valuation Maintenance for FY2027, FY2029, the Re-Valuation for FY2028, and the Cyclical Re-Inspection Program of Improved Real Property and Commercial/Industrial Property. The selected company will be responsible for providing these services in accordance with the specifications outlined in the Request for Proposal.
• The proposal must include all required information and be received by the deadline.
• The proposal must be sealed and clearly marked "Proposal for Valuation Maintenance Services".
• Corporate bidders must submit an executed Certificate of Vote.
• Proposals received after the deadline will be returned unopened.
