Description
The Wake County Public School System is seeking competitive bids from qualified vendors to furnish and deliver surveillance cameras and equipment to replace damaged devices. The contract term is for 1 year, with the option of renewing for 2 additional years. The estimated quantities of the items are 250, 250, 100, and 315, with unit prices including all applicable shipping charges. The vendor must be authorized by the manufacturer to distribute or resell the products and/or equipment offered in this IFB. The vendor must also provide a signed statement from the manufacturer confirming authorization with its bid response.
• The vendor must provide a quote for the following items: AXIS Panoramic P3735-OLE2, TP3103-E Pendant Kit, Axis T91A64 Bracket, and AXIS T94N01D Indoor/Outdoor Pendant Kit.
• The vendor must specify if the item is in stock and readily available for pick up or shipping upon receipt of order.
• The vendor must include all warranty information with the submittal of the bid.
• The vendor must provide proof of liability and cyber security insurance coverage.
• The vendor must verify that they are an authorized reseller of the Axis product.
