Description
The Anchor Bay School District is seeking bids for the purchase of food service equipment, including cold food serving counters, utility serving counters, buffet style utility serving counters, buffet style cold food serving counters, refrigerated display cases, heated display merchandisers, mobile heated cabinets, utility/bussing carts, stainless steel work tables, and stainless steel work tables with risers. The equipment is for three school buildings, and bids shall be submitted per specified equipment per building. The award will be based on "best value," including price, specifications, past performance, delivery capability, and vendor stability.
• The bidder must provide three references for comparable work.
• The bidder must submit an itemized list of products and unit prices.
• The bidder must include a 5-year compressor warranty for certain equipment.
• The bidder must provide full system descriptions with manufacturer part numbers and itemized pricing.
• The equipment shall include complete installation, removal of existing equipment, delivery, setup, cleanup, and all incidental parts.
