MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations of Facilities and Grounds) Supplies, Equipment, Tool Rental, Sales and Services

The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is seeking proposals for Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) supplies, equipment, tool rental, sales, and services on an "as needed" basis. The contract will be for a period of five years, with an annual option for renewal. EPIC6 is looking for vendors to provide a wide range of MRO goods and non-construction services to public agencies and certain non-profit organizations. The successful vendors will be designated as "approved vendors" with the Cooperative and its members. • The scope of work includes tools, consumables, parts, and accessories necessary for maintenance and operations of facilities or grounds. • The contract will be awarded on a multi-vendor basis, with EPIC6 reserving the right to award multiple vendors for each solicitation. • Vendors will be evaluated based on their proposal, with a minimum evaluation score of 70 points required to be considered for award. • The contract will include a fee schedule, with a 1.5% fee paid by the vendor on actual sales.
