$100,000,000 – $150,000,000

The solicitation states a funding estimate of “$100M+” from the Federal Transit Administration. Considering the extensive scope—multiple structural walls, a new pumping facility, extensive drainage upgrades, and associated electrical and signaling work—the total contract value is likely to fall between $100 million and $150 million. The lower bound reflects the minimum disclosed amount; the upper bound accounts for potential change orders, inflation, and ancillary systems.
