Description
The State of Tennessee is seeking a qualified contractor to furnish, deliver, and install a complete commercial playground at Indian Mountain State Park. The project includes site preparation, installation of two playground structures, swing sets, an ADA‑compliant ramp, engineered wood‑fiber surfacing, a plastic border system, concrete‑encased support posts, signage, and full site clean‑up. All equipment must meet ASTM F1487 and CPSC safety standards, and the contractor must hold an active Tennessee specialty contractor license and provide proof of sales/use tax registration, insurance, and a performance bond. The work must be completed by 30 January 2027, with delivery of materials by 19 August 2026.
• Site work: grading, 4‑in. gravel base, 1 % drainage slope, and compacted fill.
• Equipment: Explorer Dome, Double Mega Deck, swing frames, carousel, seesaw, signage, and a 385‑ft plastic border.
• Surfacing: ~8,577 sq ft engineered wood‑fiber meeting ASTM F2075, F1292, F1951.
• Compliance: Tennessee contractor licensing, ADA accessibility, warranty ≥ 1 year, and mandatory insurance/bond coverage.
