RFI -Portable Freestanding Horizontal Lifeline and Sunshade Hangar Overhead System

The United States Air Force is conducting a market survey to identify potential sources for a Portable Freestanding Horizontal Lifeline and Sunshade Hangar Overhead System. The system must be compatible with the existing Big Top Manufactured sun shelter and provide fall protection for users. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the installation of the system. The work includes construction, delivery, and installation of the system, as well as training for users. Key requirements include: • The system must be fixed to the existing structure using Single Point Anchors (SPAs) and Self Retracting Lifelines (SRLs) • The system must cover the working upper surface area of a UK F-35B • The system must have a vertical height clearance of greater than 15ft above the ground • The system must be rated for a maximum user weight of 300lbs plus • The contractor must provide physical and digital copies of technical document sets • The contractor must provide training for users and maintenance personnel
