Mobile Crane Service Contract_NNSY

The Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) in Portsmouth, Virginia, seeks a service contract for the repair and maintenance of its Liebherr Mobile Crane Fleet. The selected contractor must provide OEM-certified technicians, transportation, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and technical expertise to support this work. The contract will be for a base year of 12 months from the date of award and four 12-month option years. The evaluation criteria will include technical capability, past performance, and price. • The contractor must provide on-site maintenance training to the customer, including troubleshooting, hydraulics, electrical systems, boom and track maintenance, engine specifications, safety protocols, and sensor operations. • The contractor must have relevant experience with industrial or shipyard cranes and provide two examples of mobile crane-related work completed within the past 24 months. • The contractor must respond on-site within 48 hours for non-emergency repairs and within 24 hours for emergency repairs. • The contractor must provide OEM-certified technicians, OEM engineering support, and all necessary resources to perform on-site repairs and maintenance for the Liebherr mobile crane-related work.
