Description
The Colorado Community College System (CCCS) is seeking a consultant to evaluate the effectiveness of its short-term credential programs, Care Forward Colorado and Career Advance Colorado. The selected partner will lead a comprehensive evaluation study to assess the programs' outcomes, identify strengths and challenges, and provide recommendations for improvement. The evaluation will focus on program implementation, data sharing agreements, outcomes assessment, and reporting. The consultant will be expected to deliver a detailed evaluation plan, a working paper detailing findings, and a final report. The project is expected to be completed by June 30, 2026.
Key requirements for the consultant include:
• Demonstrated knowledge of short-term credential programs in Colorado and other states
• Familiarity with IRB and data sharing agreements within the State of Colorado and Institutions of Higher Education
• Experience analyzing community college data
• A minimum of 5 years' experience completing projects of similar size and scope
The consultant will be expected to work closely with CCCS staff and other stakeholders to ensure the success of the project.
