PIT Count Tshirts

The City of Philadelphia is seeking a vendor to provide Gildan brand short sleeve tshirts with screen printing for the PIT Count. The tshirts should be light blue in color and available in sizes S-3XL. The vendor must quote all items to be eligible for award. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The term of the contract will be 365 days, and the City reserves the right to terminate the contract if the vendor fails to perform. The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including non-discrimination and tax requirements. • The contract is for a micro purchase with a total amount less than $40,000. • The vendor must deliver the tshirts to the City's specified location. • The vendor must provide a complete description of any alternate products offered. • The City reserves the right to reject any and all quotes. • The contract may be amended, but the total amount may not exceed the micro purchase dollar limit.
