Description
The Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation is seeking a supplier to provide ActivePDF Toolkit/Developer Program Site Renewal for a period of 12 months. The contract is open to MBE suppliers on the RSC024735 contract. The purpose of this solicitation is to purchase the ActivePDF Toolkit for the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible MBE supplier.
• The contract period is from 4/16/2026 to 4/15/2027
• The supplier must comply with all state and federal laws regarding equal employment opportunity and fair labor and employment practices
• The supplier must complete the Contractor/Subcontractor Affirmation and Disclosure Form
• A Sales and Use Tax Blanket Exemption is available upon request
